The photo above shows a pieces of customized designed bus bar for an actual DC fast charging pile project. The project has been in series production already.
For example, a kind of series produced DC charger support fast charging. Delivers up to 1 km of range per second, supporting up to 4 ports with a maximum output of 480kW per port and 650A current, enabling rapid modular expansion and ultra-fast charging of 500 km in just 10 minutes.
Theses functions challenge bus bar design. bus bar has to have enough current-carrying capacity, proper creepage distance, minimized risk of partial discharge. In addition, bus bar has to satisfy criterial Ingress Protection Rating to IP65. Our supplier demonstrate that they can satisfy these critical specifications without any problem.
China local experienced R&D team and project management team are able to develop customized LBB for customer then provide holistic NPI (abbreviation of New Product Introduction) project management service. The maximum size of edge-sealed LBB provided by NORTHBRIDGE, could reach to 2300 mm x 700 mm.
