LBB for bullet train and locomotive

The photo above shows a pieces of customized designed bus bar for an actual traction converter project for FUXING bullet train. The project has been in series production already.

Traction converter is core function module of electric locomotive, Subway train, bullet trains and Inter-City bullet train. Both laminated bus bar and powder coated bus bar are widely used in all kinds of traction converter.

In rail transportation, our bus bar suppliers have contributed laminated bus bar design and supply to numerous key projects of our Chinese customers, American customers and Japanese customers, achieving significant China localization. Laminated bus bars which provided by our suppliers, have been used in FUXING bullet trains and Beijing-Zhangjiakou high-speed trains for Beijing Olympic Winter Games.

Edge-sealed laminated bus bar (hereafter Edge-sealed LBB) provided by NORTHBRIDGE, is manufactured by proprietary laminating process technologies.

Edge-sealed LBBs provided by NORTHBRIDGE, use UL recognized, high voltage and heat resistant insulating materials, which provide superior performance required to meet various industry applications.

China local experienced R&D team and project management team are able to develop customized LBB for customer then provide holistic NPI (abbreviation of New Product Introduction) project management service. The maximum size of edge-sealed LBB provided by NORTHBRIDGE, could reach to 2300 mm x 700 mm.

The bus bar supplier of NORTHBRIDGE has passed the ESG audit and IRIS (ISO22163) certification.
