Bus Bar and CCS in WPS Integration


WPS is abbreviation of Wind, Photovoltaic and Storage.

In WPS (wind, photovoltaic and storage) integration systems, both wind power generation and photovoltaic generation are highly volatile power resource, and their power generation is subjected to weather conditions significantly. An electrochemical energy energy storage systems is important particularly in this case. 

Energy storage system will absorb excess electricity when renewable power generation was over grid demand. In case renewable power generation is insufficient to meet grid demand, energy storage system will output electricity back to grid to ensure stability of grid power supplying. 

Therefore, energy storage systems improve the grid's acceptance of renewable energy and solve the disadvantages of renewable energy generation such as high volatility and large-scale grid connection difficulties.
