Integrated UAV Detection and Neutralization System (Customized)

Overview

To address customer requirements for countering UAV threats, NORTHBRIDGES can collaborate with specialized domestic manufacturers in China to custom‑design and develop an integrated UAV detection‑neutralization system tailored to specific customer demands.

In addition to basic functions including UAV model identification and UAV direction finding, the system's optional electronic countermeasure capabilities include GNSS spoofing, directional communication link jamming, omnidirectional communication link jamming, and narrowband jamming.

The system transmits data and implements control based on general network protocols. Customized software development is supported as required by the customer.

The system is compatible with connection to the user's integrated control platform, and supports network connectivity and control functions from heterogeneous systems.

Features

The integrated UAV detection‑neutralization system is capable of detecting UAV signals in the frequency range from 70 MHz to 6 GHz (factory default ISM bands: 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz).

Based on Angle of Arrival (AoA) and Cognitive Radio (CR) technologies, the system can immediately identify UAV types and track UAV trajectories upon detection.

By employing amplitude‑only Direction Finding (DF) technology, the system can accurately transmit dual‑mode GNSS deceptive signals (GPS‑L1, GLONASS‑L1), establishing a virtual electronic fence for protected assets and effectively countering UAV intrusion.

The system supports both manual operation and 24/7 automatic operation. In automatic mode, it can automatically perform UAV identification, direction finding and GNSS spoofing (optional function), and instantly send an alarm to the command and control terminal.

The system can display, upload and record all relevant information on target UAV flight trajectories in real time via a geographic information system.

In manual mode, the system provides the operator with decision‑supporting information via the command and control terminal, including detection time, UAV type and angle of arrival.

The operator may determine whether to activate electronic countermeasures, such as directional communication link jamming (optional), omnidirectional communication link jamming (optional), or narrowband jamming (optional).

In automatic mode, the system can automatically activate GNSS spoofing (optional), causing the UAV to lose positioning, hover or execute a forced landing.
